Tasmaat, yasya, mahaabaaho, nigrheetaani, sarvashH,
Indriyaani, indriyaarthebhyaH, tasya, pragya, pratishthita ||68||
Translation: (Tasmaat) therefore (mahaabaaho) Oh Mahabaho! (yasya) one whose (indriyaani) senses on the basis of Tatvgyan (indriyaarthebhyaH) from the objects of senses (sarvashH) in all respects (nigrheetaani) have been restrained (tasya) only his (pragya) mind (prtishthita) is stable. (68)
Therefore, Oh Mahabaho! One whose senses on the basis of Tatvgyan have been restrained from the sense objects in all respects, only his mind is stable.
तस्मात् यस्य, महाबाहो, निगृहीतानि, सर्वशः,
इन्द्रियाणि, इन्द्रियार्थेभ्यः, तस्य, प्रज्ञा, प्रतिष्ठिता।।68।।
अनुवाद: (तस्मात्) इसलिये (महाबाहो) हे महाबाहो! (यस्य) जिस पुरुषकी (इन्द्रियाणि) इन्द्रियाँ तत्वज्ञान के आधार से (इन्द्रियार्थेभ्यः) इन्द्रियोंके विषयोंसे (सर्वशः) सब प्रकार (निगृहीतानि) निग्रह की हुई हैं (तस्य) उसीकी (प्रज्ञा) बुद्धि (प्रतिष्ठिता) स्थिर है। (68)
