Translation: (Kaayshirogreevam) body, head, and neck (samm) straight and (achlam) steady (dhaaryan) holding (ch) and (sthirH) keeping still (swam) one’s (naasikaagrm) on the tip of the nose (samprekshya) fixing one’s gaze; other (dishH) directions (anvalokyan) without looking in. (13)
Translation
Holding one’s body, head and neck straight and steady and keeping still, fixing one’s gaze on the tip of the nose, without looking in any other direction.
समम्, कायशिरोग्रीवम्, धारयन्, अचलम्, स्थिरः,
सम्प्रेक्ष्य, नासिकाग्रम्, स्वम्, दिशः, च, अनवलोकयन्।।13।।
अनुवाद: (कायशिरोग्रीवम्) काया सिर और गर्दन को (समम्) समान एवम् (अचलम्) स्थिर (धारयन्) धारण करके (च) और (स्थिरः) स्थिर होकर (स्वम्) अपनी (नासिकाग्रम्) नासिका के अग्रभागपर (सम्पे्रक्ष्य) दृष्टि जमाकर अन्य (दिशः) दिशाओंको (अनवलोकयन्) न देखता हुआ। (13)
